  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    Upon qualification we will require the first month’s rent and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. There may be circumstances that the security deposit required will be as high as 1.5 month’s rent.

  • Is the deposit refundable?

    Security deposit is fully refundable provided there are no damages to the unit, beyond normal wear and tear. We will conduct a move out inspection and provide you with a detailed report.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to renew my lease. What do I do?

    You will be getting renewal letters from our office with exciting renewal options. Simply call the office to discuss your options and relax knowing you are where you want to be.
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    Normal wear and tear to your home or apartment will be repaired by our team of maintenance specialists at no charge to you.

    If there is damage caused by you or one of your guests we will gladly discuss the cost for you and have our team do the repairs so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

  • Can I pay my rent online?

    At this time we do not have online payments but check back as we are currently working to add this feature for our residents.

  • Do you offer 24-hour emergency maintenance?

    We do offer 24-hour emergency maintenance for a variety of emergency situations. If you have an after hours emergency please call the office 248-243-5700 and you will be given instructions.
